This video was made by a Sydney-sider, Jason van Genderen, who used his mobile phone to film various signs throughout Sydney and New York. He highlights the struggles experienced by homeless people in the two large, metropolitan cities. It won the New York Tropfest Competition in 2008.
I took this photo when on safari throughout Kenya and Tanzania in January 2010. Our guide told us that to see a lion with a mane, so close to humans too, is very rare.
